Important Christmas Shipping Information

Christmas falls on a Saturday this year, making Christmas Eve, a Friday, the last day for deliveries. Your last day for ordering with Christmas delivery will be Thursday the 23rd by 2 PM eastern if you choose Next Day Air shipping. Wednesday the 22nd by 2 PM eastern if you choose Second Day Air shipping, and Tuesday the 21st by 2 PM eastern for Three Day Select shipping. For regular ground shipping it will vary based on how close you are to the Midwest where we are located. If you live on the West Coast or anywhere along the southern edge of the US you should order by the 18th for Ground shipping, if you live in the midwest you could get by with the 20th or even the 21st if you're within a state of Michigan. For our International customers, we may be able to ship and make it in time later, but to be safe I would order by the 17th as well.

As many of you know we ship almost all domestic orders either the same or next business day after you order and we offer the full range of UPS shipping options (assuming the product is in stock).

If a product is in stock and you order before 2:00 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday the order will probably ship that same day. If you order after 2:00 PM or on a weekend it will ship the next business day.

UPS ground takes usually no more than 7 business days. If you live in the Midwest it may take 1 or 2 days, the East coast 3 or 4 days, the South 4 or 5 days, Seattle or San Diego could take 6 or 7 business days. When you get close to Christmas these times may increase though due to UPS volume.

3 Day Select means UPS will deliver the package on the third business day after we give it to them. So if we ship the package on a Tuesday, then Wednesday is day 1, Thursday is day 2, and Friday it would be delivered. In the same situation shipping 2nd Day Air would make delivery Thursday, and Next Day Air would make delivery Wednesday. UPS does not deliver on the weekends, but Saturday delivery is an optional service you can pay extra for if you have an air shipment. So if its Friday morning and you need it Saturday morning call us and we might be able to help you (air shipping a large sword is very expensive though so its best to plan ahead).

Shipping
We ship exclusively via UPS when the products are available. If products are not available we will notify the customer and give them the option of waiting or receiving a full refund. International shipping may or may not be available depending on customs restrictions on the importation of weapons. Please check the laws in your country before ordering. If we are unable to ship an item to you we will refund 100% of your money.

CB Swords usually ships the same day if you order before 2:30 PM Eastern on a weekday. All other orders are shipped the following day or on Monday for weekend orders. We can ship your purchase by ground, 3 day select, second day air, or next day air. If you need your item delivered quickly CB Swords can help you. Orders that may not ship immediately are international orders or orders where the billing address does not match the shipping address.

Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase you will have 30 days from the day it reaches your door in which to return it. Only authorized returns will be accepted, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. If the item was damaged by use we will not authorize any return. The swords on this site are not meant for combat, however if you use them for combat understand that like any other sword they can get damaged.
